Family Lobstering Since 1966

Key Lime Lobster Co. began with a family, a working boat, and a life built on the waters of the Florida Keys. Since 1966, generations of our family have built boats, made lobster traps by hand, worked the lobster grounds, and passed their knowledge of the sea from one generation to the next.

These photographs preserve the people, boats, and days on the water that shaped us. Today, we are carrying that heritage forward with Florida Keys lobster rolls coming soon to Marathon.

The boats changed. The water—and the family tradition—never did.
